Privacy
No tracking cookies, no ad pixels. The Conference Planner works in your browser; it remembers your travel inputs on your device only.
Reminders, digest and saved plans: if you sign up we store your email, the role you choose, the events and reminder types you pick, your digest frequency, and a consent record: what you agreed to, when, the page you were on, your country (from the network, not your IP address) and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Nothing is emailed until you click the confirmation link. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change what you get.
What we send: only what you picked: reminders for the events and dates you ticked, the digest at the frequency you chose, or your saved plan. One confirmation email comes first; nothing else is sent until you click it. Unsubscribe any time with the link in every email, or change what you get from the manage link.
Who processes it: once sending starts, reminders and digests are sent through the email system of our partner LTVplus, which uses GoHighLevel. They receive your email address, role and the events you follow only to send what you asked for, acting on our instructions. Nothing is sent yet.
Why we may use it (for visitors in the UK and EU): your consent, given when you confirm. You can withdraw it any time by unsubscribing; that stops all emails and switches off your private calendar link.
How long we keep it: while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe your record is marked unsubscribed so nothing more is sent; write to us and we delete it. The confirmation link stops working after 7 days.
Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, and you can complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Analytics: page counts are cookie-less; we don’t set tracking cookies anywhere on the site, in Europe or the US. The planner can preselect a home region from your country as your network reports it (Cloudflare’s country code); your IP address is not read or stored for this.
Your private calendar link shows only the events you follow. Anyone with the link can read it, so keep it to yourself; unsubscribing switches it off.
Submitted events and partner enquiries: we store what you send to check the event or reply to you. We don’t publish your email.
Abuse protection keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour. Questions, a copy of your data, or deletion: hello@mspeventguide.com.
