Corrections
Spotted a mistake? Tell us
Every detail on MSP Event Guide should match what the organiser publishes. When something is wrong or out of date, we fix it. You don’t need to be the organiser to send a correction.
How to send a correction
- By email to hello@mspeventguide.com. Tell us the event, what is wrong, and where the right information is published. A link to the organiser’s own page helps most.
- A missing event: use the submit form with the official event page.
Please don’t send passwords or personal documents.
What happens next
A person reads every message before anything changes; sending one does not edit a listing by itself. We check the suggested change on the organiser’s official page, the same way we check every event (see how we check). If the official page confirms it, we update the event and its check date. If it doesn’t, we leave the event as it is, or remove the detail that can no longer be supported: we don’t publish a fact without an official source, even from a correction.
Cancelled, postponed or moved events
Once the organiser’s page shows the change, the event is marked cancelled or postponed, or moved to its new dates and city.
Mistakes we find ourselves
Our twice-monthly re-checks of ticket and deadline pages catch many changes before anyone reports them. Those are corrected the same way: against the organiser’s page, with a new check date.
Organisers
Organisers are welcome to point us to their official page. We list events for free and in the same way for everyone; there is no paid placement in the calendar (for organisers & vendors).
